Dive Booking
Once we have received your booking, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided together with a PDF containing a medical questionnaire that must be completed before arrival. Please bring both documents—either printed or on your mobile device—and present them at reception on arrival.
Cancellations or notification of illness must be made no later than 48 hours before the dive. If you cancel after this deadline, a fee of DKK 450 will be charged to cover our costs of reserving an external dive agency.
Delivery
The order confirmation—and therefore your ticket—will be e-mailed to the address provided immediately after we receive your order. A delay of up to two hours may occur.
If you do not receive the e-mail, remember to check your “Junk Mail” folder or spam filter. Kattegatcentret accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by technical issues. No additional fees are charged.
If you still have not received the e-mail, please contact us on +45 8758 0507 (weekdays 10:00–14:00) or at lu@kattegatcentret.dk.
Payment
Payment is made by debit or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) when placing the order. All card transactions are processed via secure connections that meet international security standards.
Kattegatcentret is approved by PBS, which means your card data are encrypted and sent directly from your computer to PBS, bypassing Kattegatcentret.
The Danish Act on Payment Instruments applies to online purchases, so you generally bear no liability if your card is misused on the internet.
If you are unable to complete payment, contact Kattegatcentret on +45 8758 0507 (weekdays 10:00–14:00) or lu@kattegatcentret.dk.
Safety & Operations
For safety and operational reasons we reserve the right, without prior notice and without compensation, to close Kattegatcentret, restrict further entry, ask guests to leave, or change opening hours.
We may also limit guest numbers for safety reasons—for example, due to government restrictions.
Storage of Information
Data you provide in the webshop are treated confidentially and used only for your dive. After your visit we may send a satisfaction survey by e-mail.
Personal data are handled confidentially by Kattegatcentret and shared only with the external dive agency conducting your dive. All data are stored securely.
You may contact us at any time to have your data deleted.
