In our webshop you can buy season tickets, monthly passes, gift vouchers and tickets to the Kattegatcenter. Payment is via credit card.
When we have received your order, we will send a pdf file containing a unique barcode to the email address you have provided. Print out the pdf file and bring it with you the first time you visit us. Show the barcode to our staff and they will help issue you a season ticket.
Note that the unique barcode is a proof of purchase – so keep it safe. Missing bar codes will not be replaced.

Under Gift Voucher in the Menu, you can buy gift vouchers with a value of 300 and 400 DKK, You can also buy gift vouchers for a trial dive (795 DKK), “Big Shark Dive” (1450 DKK) and Zzzzleep with sharks (435 DKK).

You can pay via bank transfer or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) when you place an order. Payment via credit card occurs via a secure connection and system, which comply with all international security requirements.
The Kattegatcenter is approved by PBS, which means that your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly from your computer to PBS, who check the information.
Transactions online are governed by law. This means, that as standard, you are not liable if your credit card is used fraudulently online. If payment is via Dankort or VISA/Dankort the money will first be withdrawn from your account when we send the goods to you.

Your order will be sent as a letter (with Post Danmark). It will be dispatched within 4 – 7 working days, unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a season ticket, your name, address, date of birth and picture will be stored for up to 3 years. This allows us to easily renew your season ticket. We will at no time give your personal details to third parties. So you can order your season ticket via our online store without any concerns.
The only information you have to provide when you shop with us is your name, address, postcode, town, telephone number, date of birth and email, along with the name and address of the person or persons the season ticket is to be issued to.
When you visit our webshop, you leave information about your IP-address and the sides you have visited, including the time of the visit. We only use this information in cases of fraud.
