Sink your teeth into a juicy burger with salad from our local area and Djursland’s best bread. You can also enjoy MSC labelled fish from the Kattegat and there is a wonderful children’s menu, with a little surprise, for our younger guests.
Bring a picnic
You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch with you. You can choose whether to eat inside at the tables on the ground floor or at those just before Café Kattegat. You can also take your picnic outside onto the terrace by the seal enclosure or up to our large roof terrace, where the whole family can sit and enjoy the fresh sea air.

With a year-long ticket to the Kattegatcenter, you are entitled to a 10% discount in Café Kattegat (excl. drinks, ice cream and sweets).

Eat for free on your birthday
Year-long ticket holders can eat for free in Café Kattegat on their birthday, or the first day we are open thereafter if we are closed on their actual birthday. Come and get a children’s menu or a plate of fish and chips if it is your birthday. NB. Remember to bring your year-long ticket and identification with your birth date on it.
